An unexpected all-program draw on July 4 resulted in the invitation of 700 hopefuls and demanded a CRS minimum of 511 – the highest CRS score of any all-program draw in 2023.

For applicants with prior job experience in STEM fields, the IRCC announced the results of the category-based selection draw. On July 6, this category-based selection draw for healthcare professionals invited 1,500 applicants with a CRS of at least 463. Further, on July 07, a total of 2300 French-speaking candidates received express entry invitations with at least a CRS score of 439.
