Quebec Immigration Pilot Programs
The Quebec Immigration Pilot Programs are specialized economic pathways designed to directly counter severe labor shortages in key industrial sectors. Under these frameworks, the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) manages annual selection allocations to issue Quebec Selection Certificates (CSQ) to qualified applicants.
Application Process for Quebec Immigration Pilot Programs
Candidates must first confirm their eligibility against the specific criteria of their chosen pilot stream and submit an electronic interest profile via the Arrima portal. Upon receiving a formal invitation and being granted a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ), the candidate is required to file their comprehensive application for permanent residence at the federal level with IRCC.
