Newfoundland and Labrador PAL System
In Newfoundland and Labrador, the PAL system commenced on March 19, 2024. Prospective international students are advised to engage with their respective DLIs to kickstart the PAL application. Institutions like Memorial University in St. John’s are expected to reach out to admitted students via email for necessary information. Details regarding the PAL process are anticipated to be communicated to students intending to start in the May 2024 semester.
Saskatchewan PAL Procedure
Saskatchewan adopted its PAL process on March 13, 2024. Similar to other provinces, international students are encouraged to communicate with their DLIs to acquire their PAL. While specific instructions from prominent post-secondary institutions in Saskatchewan are not available, students can expect streamlined PAL application procedures through their educational institutions.
