The extraction of candidates from the Arrima bank occurred on June 19, 2023, at 6:30 a.m., marking it as the eighth Quebec RSWP draw of the year. The 1,006 candidates who received invitations met the following eligibility requirements:
Proficiency in French
All invited candidates scored a minimum oral proficiency level of 7 in French, as per the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes (Quebec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent.
Points Score
The candidates had an impressive score equal to or greater than 626 points, indicating their potential and value to Quebec’s labor market and economy.
Valid Job Offer
Additionally, the invited candidates also held a valid job offer from an employer situated outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal, showcasing their potential contributions to regions beyond the metropolitan area.
