The Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce has introduced the New to Canada program, designed to support immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs. This initiative offers a complimentary two-year membership to those who have recently established themselves in Canada, aiming to foster business connections, mentorship, and client networking opportunities.

Funded by Air Canada, Victoria Airport Authority, Victoria Foundation, and Western Design + Build, the program seeks to integrate fresh talent into the local business landscape.

Empowering Newcomers in Greater Victoria

The New to Canada program is crafted to assist newcomers in growing their businesses within the Greater Victoria region. To qualify, applicants must have been in Canada for three years or less, hold a valid business license, and operate in the Greater Victoria area.

Participants will benefit from two years of Chamber membership, which includes various community engagement opportunities.
