The Express Entry category is for candidates who are already in the federal Express Entry pool and have a valid job offer in PEI. On the other hand, the Labor Impact category is for individuals who have a job offer in PEI in one of the province’s in-demand occupations. Finally, the Business Impact category is for entrepreneurs who are willing to invest in and actively manage a business in PEI.
