  • Intermediate to advanced French-language proficiency (oral level 7 and written level 5)

Stream 4: Exceptional Talent

This category is for individuals with exceptional achievements, such as:

  • Positive recognition from Quebec’s industry partners
  • At least 36 months of relevant work experience within the last five years
