The targeted draw invited a total of 1,823 international students who have completed their studies at an eligible Ontario institution in health-related fields or skilled trades.

- NOC 31103 – NOC 31112 – Occupations include Veterinarians, Dentists, Optometrists, Audiologists, and speech-language pathologists.
- NOC 31120 – NOC 31121 – Occupations include Pharmacists, Dietitians, and nutritionists.
- NOC 31201 – NOC 31209 – Occupations include Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Kinesiologists, and other professional occupations in health diagnosing and treating.
- NOC 31300 – NOC 31303 – Occupations include Nursing coordinators and supervisors, Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses, Nurse practitioners, Physician assistants, midwives, and allied health professionals.

- NOC 22212 – NOC 22312 – Occupations include Drafting technologists, Mechanical engineering technologists, Industrial engineering technologists, and electronic service technicians.
- NOC 70010 – NOC 70012 – Occupations include Construction managers, home building and renovation managers, and Facility operation and maintenance managers.
- NOC 72010 – NOC 72024 – Supervisory occupations in various trades, including Machining, Electrical trades, Pipefitting, Carpentry, and Mechanics.
- NOC 72100 – NOC 72106 – Occupations include Machinists, Tool and die makers, Sheet metal workers, Boilermakers, Structural metal fabricators, and Ironworkers.
- NOC 72200 – NOC 72205 – Electrical and telecommunications trades, including Electricians, Industrial electricians, Electrical power line workers, and Telecommunications technicians.

The general draw issued invitations to 649 Skilled workers with a job offer from an eligible employer in Ontario, focusing on in-demand occupations.
Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream – Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP)
Another draw in the OINP Employer Job Offer category invited 15 Temporary foreign workers who have been employed in Ontario for at least one year in a skilled occupation and meet the specific criteria of the EMPP.
