What Is the Manitoba Express Entry Pathway?
This pathway sits within Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program and is built specifically for people who already hold an active profile in the federal Express Entry pool. Rather than applying to Manitoba as a stand-alone process, candidates submit an Expression of Interest that references their existing EE profile, and Manitoba

Who Qualifies for This Route?
Eligibility rests on four pillars. First, the Express Entry profile must be active and not expired. Third, a genuine Manitoba connection must exist. Does a High CRS Score Still Matter?
There is no minimum CRS threshold for Manitoba’s selection under this pathway, since the province is scoring the EOI grid rather than the CRS. That said, the underlying Express Entry profile still needs to qualify for at least one federal program, and the Federal Skilled Worker Program typically requires a CRS in the region of 300 along with CLB 7 language ability.
